Credit Union News

ATTENTION MEMBERS:
Fort Gordon Federal Credit Union no longer has an "in house" Collection Department.

We have chosen to outsource our past due collection accounts to a company called United Solutions that is based out of Tallahassee, Florida. United Solutions now makes all of our phone calls, sends mail and lettering for us, and handles any and all questions that the past FGFCU Collection Department previously handled.

So from now on, if you have a problem with your late or past due FGFCU account, please contact Lorraine Schlauch at United Solutions at 1-800-292-2024 Ext 5342 (8AM – 5PM EST) and she will be able to assist you.

In no way does this reflect your Fort Gordon Federal Credit Union account. We are still here to help you! This is a more economical way to handle our late and past due accounts, and it is a way to give our Members better and faster services than we have been able to give you in the past. Fort Gordon Federal Credit Union is and will always be here to serve and improve our services for you!

  • FGFCU presented a check for $2,565 to Fort Gordon's Christmas House at their Opening with the help of our 8th Annual "Red to Green" Campaign. During the campaign, for every pint of blood that is donated to Kendrick Memorial Blood Center at Fort Gordon for the Armed Services Program during the month of October, FGFCU donated $5 to Fort Gordon's Christmas House, which helps military families during the holidays.

  • FGFCU helped bring some cheer to Fort Gordon Fisher House by lending a hand in decorating the House for some Christmas spirit. Fort Gordon Federal Credit Union also presented Francisco Cruz, manager of Fort Gordon Fisher House, and the Fisher House families with twenty AFFN $50 "Thank You" cards that are similar to an ATM/debit card but can be used at DeCa, AAFES, or at any of the 1.3 million merchant locations accepting the AFFN Point-Of-Sale cards worldwide. The "Thank You" cards were designed around giving "Thanks" and extending our blessings of health, happiness, and success to the military members and their families during the Holidays and always.

FGFCU also presented Francisco Cruz with a check for $3045.90 from the money that was raised in their 1st Annual "We Wear Our Support Tee" Campaign in which all proceeds benefit Fort Gordon Fisher House. We are very grateful for all the sacrifices made by the men and women in the military, as well as their families. They put their lives at risk everyday to defend our freedom and it will never go without recognition at Fort Gordon Federal Credit Union. We are here to help ALL here at Fort Gordon and do so by being committed to our Members with diversified, high quality, competitively priced financial products and services.
